Prescient Edge is seeking a Script Writer to support a Federal government client. As a Script Writer, you will:

• Have a clear understanding of the MARSOC organization, structure, and mission to perform script writing and coordination across all aspects of scenario development, supporting SW/EP activities.
• Develop seamless training scenarios with operational themes that achieve all unit goals and objectives.
• Ensure scenarios and supporting documents comply with applicable standards and best practices, supported by training objectives, requested conditions, resources, operational variables, doctrinal references, and unit-specific manuals.
• Provide challenging, realistic exercise scenarios with appropriate conditions, checklists, MSELs, injects, and timelines, enabling personnel at all levels to demonstrate understanding and skills to meet command goals.

Requirements

• Former NCO, Warrant Officer, or Officer.
• At least 10 years of SOF experience from graduation in a relevant pipeline as an operator or leader in units like SMU, U.S. Army Special Forces, Navy SEALs, Marine SOF, or U.S. Army 75th Ranger Regiment, including MOS qualification.
• Minimum of 5 SOF combat deployments, with at least 1 employing ASOT TTPs.
• Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC).
• Experience operating at Battalion level or higher staff positions.
• Preferably experienced as an exercise planner at NTC, JRTC, or similar, with multi-day JSOC RMT3 involvement including RW infil/exfil and breaching.
• Ability to mine data for current, relevant information for script writing.
• Skilled in structuring training events to meet performance-oriented objectives.
• Capable of developing specialized Courses of Instruction for emerging missions.
• Willing to travel up to 50% as required.
