Role: Event Producer

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Hybrid/On-site/Remote: On-site (Open to relocation)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Producer for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present strategic solutions to clients that directly address their needs and objectives.
• Partner with client account teams, creative directors, and technical directors to shape project strategy.
• Proactively guide team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, keeping the creative vision aligned with the client's strategic intent.
• Identify, negotiate with, and manage all necessary internal and external resources, including freelancers and production vendors.
• Take ownership of budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Act as the on-site or virtual producer, overseeing all logistics, speaker cues, and the seamless technical execution of the event.
• Lead pre-production meetings, rehearsals, and contingency planning.
• Direct and coordinate crews, such as stage managers and show callers.
• Conduct event debriefs, analyze attendee feedback, and present post-event reports that include key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for future improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as communications, theater, design, or business.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a Production Coordinator or Associate Producer of live shows.
• Hands-on experience with productions ranging from ballroom setups to large-scale convention or arena events, with a strong awareness of related technical elements.
• A deep understanding of video, staging, live acts, and multimedia.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of CAD drawings is a plus.
• Experience working with C-level executives and high-profile stakeholders is preferred.
• Experience in tradeshows, exhibits, video production, or live television is a plus.
