Job Description
We are seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer in Los Angeles, CA, to assist the Art Department in developing all digital marketing assets. This role is heavily email-focused and requires a strong grasp of layout, brand consistency, and the ability to create polished work under quick turnarounds. You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative assets are flawlessly executed, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design compelling marketing materials across various channels including email campaigns and collateral, paid social media, homepage, site graphics, invitations, affiliate marketing, and more.
- Create original and effective graphic designs and layouts tailored for diverse marketing applications.
- Develop visually appealing layouts by selecting appropriate typography, imagery, and arranging design elements clearly and cohesively.
- Collaborate with the Art Department team to ensure all assets are organized and available for use in future projects
- Meet deadlines and provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects.
- Take feedback from creative leads to ensure final assets align with the brand’s vision and quality standards.
- This role is deadline-driven, pressure-filled, and demands precision and execution.

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle brand setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Strong typographic and layout skills with attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking
- Occasional bending, stooping.
