UX Researcher

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a UX Researcher for a contract position in OAK, CA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to join our team and drive user-centered design through deep insights and data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to shape intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across digital platforms.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user needs and business goals.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve research toolkits and methodologies.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and diary studies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in synthesizing complex data.
  • Proficiency in tools such as UserTesting,User Zoom, Figma, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a digital product environment.
  • Proven track record of influencing product strategy through research.
  • Background in enterprise UX or complex systems.

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience working in agile environments.
