Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to join our team and drive user-centered design through deep insights and data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to shape intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across digital platforms.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user needs and business goals.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain and evolve research toolkits and methodologies.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and diary studies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in synthesizing complex data.
- Proficiency in tools such as UserTesting,User Zoom, Figma, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a digital product environment.
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy through research.
- Background in enterprise UX or complex systems.

- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience working in agile environments.
