General Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for maintaining brand integrity through managing and executing window displays and interior visual merchandising. The role aims to unify local business strategies with global VM standards across retail and wholesale channels to meet sales and KPIs. The Area Visual Manager oversees VM execution in multiple locations, requiring travel, and fosters relationships with store teams, acting as a liaison with regional and store VM teams. They also facilitate product knowledge and VM training, embodying the brands culture and values visually.
Job Responsibilities
Execute VM actions to maximize business results aligned with strategic guidelines.
Hold weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align responsibilities, including rotation schedules, installation planning, and store visits.
Coordinate weekly touch bases with business partners on travel, rotations, floor planning, and visual opportunities.
Manage VM rotations, ensuring adherence to global guidelines and brand integrity.
Build relationships within the wholesale channel to uphold VM standards.
Create compelling displays that reflect brand mood and support sales strategies.
Work outside regular hours, including weekends, for rotations, special projects, and travel.
Maintain VM standards in store environments, including windows, interiors, and fixtures.
Ensure VM inventory is organized and well-maintained.
Lead VM and product knowledge training for staff and onboard new team members.
Propose innovative display solutions aligned with brand vision.
Develop visual strategies for peak seasons, including rotations and window styling.
