The Expeditor, or Expo, ensures food quality and proper delivery from kitchen to tables. Acts as the communication link between front and back of house, and may run food during busy times. Essential Duties

Stand long hours; lift heavy objects like trash bags or stock pallets Collaborate with servers, bussers, bartenders, and cooks to enhance guest experience Communicate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations Run food to tables when needed, and maintain station setup, cleanliness, and quality control Knowledge, Skills & Requirements

Must be able to ski/snowboard; ride testing required before start Work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Lift, carry, or move at least 20 pounds occasionally Stand, walk, bend, reach, speak, and communicate regularly This role offers accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
