Job Overview The Principal User Experience Designer creates innovative digital products that delight customers and drive business results. Responsible for design strategy and user-centered design activities related to web and mobile applications. The role includes mentoring other designers and delivering key product designs for T-Mobile.
Job Responsibilities
Guide, mentor, and inspire team members, staying current with industry trends, best practices for responsive mobile and desktop design, and emerging technologies.
Envision complex UX ecosystems and motivate teams to innovate beyond conventional solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, technical constraints, and opportunities.
Work closely with project and product managers to plan, develop, and successfully execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Promote design thinking and partner with leadership to demonstrate how UX design and research enhance digital products.
Develop and advocate for design strategies across the organization.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Required)
7-10 years of relevant work experience (Required)
