Shape and elevate the brand voice by refining the company's messaging to enhance brand awareness, credibility, and emotional connection across all platforms. Lead creative development by conceptualizing and producing compelling marketing and promotional materials for print and digital formats. Oversee multi-channel content creation, including social media, web content, printed materials, and external communications. Manage and evolve key brand assets such as logos, brochures, web presence, and social media to maintain consistency and market impact. Ensure high standards across all marketing channels, delivering impactful messaging at every touchpoint. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop the marketing vision, set budgets, and implement strategic initiatives. Manage the annual marketing budget, providing monthly performance reports against spend. Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of recognition and continuous growth. Lead efforts in onboarding, mentoring, and professional development to support team success. Spearhead innovative social media strategies to expand market share and increase engagement. Coordinate the development of an integrated editorial calendar to align messaging across digital and print media. Monitor content performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum audience impact. Review SEO performance and implement strategies to improve web visibility and rankings. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution. Establish operational workflows to improve efficiency in deliverables and reporting. Cultivate relationships within key audience segments to amplify the company's voice and reach. Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is required; MBA or Master's in Marketing is preferred. 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record in managing and developing marketing teams. Proven ability to lead a proactive marketing organization and ensure accountability for results aligned with business objectives. Experience in driving revenue growth within a consumer-focused organization, with a preference for dual B2C and B2B experience. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEM, Paid Social, SEO, and marketing data analysis (Google Analytics). Benefits Package
