Our Client is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital and social marketing initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who understands KPIs, leads revenue-driving campaigns, and works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. We utilize a third-party design group; however, preference will be given to candidates familiar enough with design software to jump into the design process.

Our Client is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital and social marketing initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who understands KPIs, leads revenue-driving campaigns, and works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. We utilize a third-party design group; however, preference will be given to candidates familiar enough with design software to jump into the design process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage company Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, including content strategy and engagement
  • Collaborate with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising vendors to optimize performance
  • Launch and track digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Develop trade show assets, brochures, and presentation materials
  • Report on lead-generation KPIs and campaign performance tied to revenue
  • Support brand voice and consistency across all digital and printed touchpoints
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or branding
  • Proficiency in social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn), AI-driven content tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Experience working with or within the cannabis, lab equipment, or manufacturing space is a plus
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, customer journey mapping, and ad metrics
  • Graphic design or layout skills are a bonus
