Senior Manager, Content Production Workflow Overview
Infosys BPM is seeking a strategic, systems-minded production workflow expert to lead the design and optimization of our content production processes—focused on mid- and lower-funnel content at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional creative ecosystems and has hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront as the operational backbone of integrated marketing or studio production.
You will partner closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure efficient content throughput across digital, social, and performance channels. Your expertise will drive clarity, speed, and accountability through templated workflows, intake structures, and reporting automation—without sacrificing creativity.
Own the end-to-end content production workflow for mid- and lower-funnel content across digital, social, email, and paid media channels
Serve as lead for Client, alongside Client Workfront product expert, and martech Workfront team
Adobe Workfront SME supporting intake design, routing logic, task templates, custom forms, roles, dashboards, and reporting
Build and optimize scalable workflows that support high volumes of asset production with efficiency, from creative briefing to delivery
Support training and onboarding for cross-functional users within Workfront, and serve as the primary liaison with Adobe support
Partner with creative leads and producers to align workflow structures with creative development timelines and channel needs
Monitor system adoption and performance, surfacing insights to improve bottlenecks, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Collaborate with marketing ops and IT to integrate Workfront with DAMs, CMS, and downstream platforms
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Experienced in production operations, studio workflow, or content marketing
Deep Adobe Workfront expertise (certification preferred); proven ability to build and scale Workfront in a creative environment
Experience managing workflows for mid- and lower-funnel content: email, landing pages, paid media, social, product content
Strong understanding of creative development processes and stakeholder alignment
Ability to balance structure and flexibility in dynamic environments
