Specification Writer
Selectek is looking for a Specification Writer to begin working with a great client of ours in Madison, WI immediately. This candidate will work closely with the company's team of design professionals on a variety of exciting project types which may include science/technology, commercial office, higher education, and performing arts.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Requirements:
- A professional degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Preference for candidates with Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) certification.
- An architectural license is a plus but not required.
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in specifications development.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in specifications software programs, such as Speclink, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Pay Rate: $65k - $95k
