  • Bachelor's degree in a Technology or Business field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in people management or leading a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • Experience with machine learning.
  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection or transformation, visualization or dashboards, or programming language (e.g., Python).
  • Experience in working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
  • Experience in working with policy teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally at multiple levels.

In this role, you will work with a global team to ensure that business generation policies are enforced to support Creators and Advertisers. You will manage policy enforcement team members to mitigate brand safety risk, managing urgent escalations and improve processes by driving projects. You will work globally and cross-functionally with YouTube stakeholders and product teams to navigate online brand safety situations. You will require occasional on-call work on weekends and holidays on a rotational basis and you will be exposed to graphic, controversial or upsetting content for policy reviews.At Google we work hard to earn our users’ trust every day.
