An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in twelve offices in the US and internationally in the UK. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the ‘Land of 1000 Delights’ display.
We are looking for a Audio Project Manager to join the 4Wall team!
What you will be doing:
While every day is different at 4Wall, you will typically work with 4Wall Account Executives to plan, develop, and execute audio solutions for live events and/or rental projects. Throughout the project’s lifecycle, this role will define objectives, maintain quality control, ensure timely logistics, and support client relations. Assist Production Managers/Account Executives in creating a quality show: equipment choices, gear list accuracy, review of show files, assisting in prep and trucking, and ensuring quality control of equipment and labor productivity on-site.
What you bring to the table:
Our ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in project planning/management, a general knowledge of entertainment lighting, video, and their integration with audio equipment; Ability to create audio equipment lists based on client specifications; Proficiency in project and task management applications such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks, and inventory software; Extremely organized with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
What you should know:
This position is full-time. Production/Stagehand experience is preferred. The role involves working in an office environment with minimal onsite work. Audio Project Managers typically work a standard week but may need to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
