*This will be starting out as a 12 month contract*

Seeking an experienced AV Technician to provide setup, operation, and support for live onsite events and maintain AV infrastructure across multiple spaces. The role involves close collaboration with event planners, technical teams, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of events such as corporate meetings, press conferences, earnings calls, and ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate AV equipment for live events, ensuring smooth execution and high production quality.
• Maintain AV control rooms, conference rooms, and related systems, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and clear equipment labeling.
• Troubleshoot AV issues in real-time and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Document AV systems and processes, and create operational checklists.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Support high-visibility events and work flexible hours as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of AV operations and infrastructure experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in live environments.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Experience with AV systems like Extron, Crestron, Lutron, Biamp, Shure, Polycom is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC hardware required.
