Shive-Hattery is seeking a Healthcare Creative Strategist!

Do you have an eye for design, a way with words, and a drive to win? The Healthcare + Higher Education + Industrial Creative Strategy Team is looking for a creative strategist with sharp insight, creative rigor, and a drive to win. Your role will involve transforming complex information into persuasive, visually appealing proposals and presentations that help us secure projects and make a positive impact in communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing visually compelling proposals and presentations from start to finish.
• Creating clear narratives and visuals that tell a cohesive story.
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency in all materials.
• Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to produce high-quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus).
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with Excel.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative and proactive communication style.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in proposal production, marketing communications, or a similar role.
• Experience with healthcare marketing or AEC is a plus but not required.
