monday.com is seeking a Brand Campaign Designer with exceptional conceptual and visual design skills, along with a strong understanding of brand marketing and multi-channel campaigns. You will have full ownership of designing strategic and creative global campaigns that reflect the cutting-edge design of our brand.

You will join our Design dream team based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
About The Role
As a Brand Campaign Designer, you will:
- Be an ambassador of the monday.com brand, developing and implementing brand guidelines for each project.
- Innovate within the Brand Awareness Team to enhance our out-of-home campaigns attracting new and existing customers.
- Review work objectively, applying data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
- Manage strategic projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, and Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Create visual assets for digital and print media such as social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and audience preferences.
- Present ideas and designs to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Your Experience & Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in brand marketing and comprehensive knowledge of the design process.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects, marketing assets, campaigns, and graphic principles.
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and put team success above ego.
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand design or campaign development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
