Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the content team to storyboard, film, and bring creative ideas to life.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and related equipment to produce high-quality visual content.
• Manage video projects and organise video assets for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Monitor and analyse video performance metrics on social media platforms to guide improvements.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Enhance videos with smooth cuts, trims, transitions, captions, animations, and visual effects.
• Optimise audio quality, pacing, and overall visual flow for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in video production.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual branding principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Sharp eye for detail and strong design sensibility.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of effective time management.
