We’re building “Jarvis for Vets” - HappyDoc is an AI-powered assistant for veterinary clinics, built to automate the tedium of medical record-keeping and administrative tasks. Trusted by thousands of veterinarians in the US, Canada, and Australia, HappyDoc helps veterinarians reclaim hours each day by turning voice recordings and PDFs into structured SOAP notes, insights dashboards, and workflow tasking.

Role Overview

You’ll be our first full-time marketer and the owner of product marketing at HappyDoc. Your mission: make our value crystal-clear to veterinarians and clinic operators, drive adoption of Scribe (and the emerging agent suite), and build the GTM engine that scales our next stage of growth. You’ll partner closely with the Founder, Product, Sales, and Customer teams—rolling up your sleeves across positioning, launches, website, content, lifecycle, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launches & Roadmap Marketing: Own GTM for product and integration releases (briefs, naming, pages, emails, in-app, PR/partners); measure impact.
  • Website & Conversion: Own homepage and feature pages, funnels, and conversion copy; run experiments to improve demo/signup rates.
  • Sales Enablement: Build the pitch: narrative, one-pagers, demo flows, objection handling, ROI stories, and competitive battlecards.
  • Customer Evidence: Source and ship case studies, testimonials, video snippets, and clinical outcomes; manage reference program.
  • Lifecycle & Retention: Partner with CS to design onboarding, activation nudges, upsell/cross-sell plays, and re-engagement programs.
  • Pricing & Packaging (with Founder): Help test packaging, tiers, and value metrics; recommend changes based on usage and win/loss data.
  • Channels & Content: Own editorial calendar (blog, email, social, webinars, events); repurpose product knowledge into simple, helpful content.
  • Analytics: Define success metrics (pipeline, conversion, activation, retention), instrument funnels, and report crisp outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must‑have:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with meaningful product marketing experience (owning positioning, launches, enablement).
  • Proven ability to translate technical products into simple, benefit-led stories—strong writing and storytelling chops.
  • Hands-on GTM builder: can run a launch, update the website, create sales assets, and spin up lifecycle campaigns—personally.
  • Comfortable with integrations and workflow products; experience marketing to operational/clinical buyers is a plus.
  • Metrics-driven and experiment-minded; you define the goal, instrument the funnel, and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborative, low-ego partner to Sales/Product/CS; excellent project management and follow-through.
  • Denver-based or willing to relocate; hybrid presence preferred.

Bonus:

  • Vertical SaaS or healthcare experience
  • Experience with pricing/packaging projects and win/loss programs.
  • Portfolio with launch briefs, messaging docs, and sample enablement/content.
