We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve supporting our marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for real estate marketing.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, both digital and print.
  • Manage marketing calendars and project timelines.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Organize and support company events, open houses, and client engagement activities

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus.
