Pay Range: $80,000 - $122,000

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Mesa, AZ

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity by analyzing root causes and identifying practical solutions.
• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet design and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure seamless product realization.
• Support product development and design activities in line with engineering objectives.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing or assembly issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including design drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain regulatory approvals (UL, CRN, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, preferably in HVAC or related industry.
• Proficiency in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
• Skilled in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary within the specified range depends on location, skills, experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance bonuses, subject to company policies.
