Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Mesa, AZ
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity by analyzing root causes and identifying practical solutions.
- Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure seamless product realization.
- Support product development and design activities in line with engineering objectives.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing or assembly issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including design drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain regulatory approvals (UL, CRN, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, preferably in HVAC or related industry.
- Proficiency in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Skilled in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary within the specified range depends on location, skills, experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance bonuses, subject to company policies.
