About LACENTA

LACENTA (Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy) is a leading ENT and Allergy practice currently with 14 locations across Southern California. Our multidisciplinary team delivers expert, compassionate, university-level care with a focus on accessibility, efficiency, and innovation. As we grow, we’re investing in marketing as a strategic lever to expand our footprint, elevate patient experience, and deepen relationships with referring providers.

Position Overview

We are seeking an onsite Marketing Manager who thrives on execution, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and understands how to translate strategy into consistent daily action. This is not a passive role. You will serve as the operational engine of the marketing team, ensuring that campaigns, communications, and practice-building efforts are moving forward every single day. You’ll be part project manager, part creative producer, part performance analyst, and part people wrangler.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Daily Oversight

  • Own the day-to-day marketing calendar across digital, print, in-clinic, and community channels.
  • Track progress across active initiatives and campaigns, ensuring no ball is dropped.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders (e.g. clinical ops, front desk, physician liaisons) and external partners (SEO, Google Ads, creative vendors, printers).
  • Monitor performance dashboards (website traffic, lead volume, patient acquisition cost, etc.) and surface actionable insights.
  • Maintain accountability on timelines, deliverables, and quality control for all marketing outputs.

Content & Communication

  • Manage the production and distribution of ongoing patient communications (email, web, print).
  • In collaboration with leadership, you will build content pillars and strategy for all social channels, and lead execution.
  • Support development and execution of referral outreach materials, front-desk scripts, and location-specific marketing assets.
  • Partner with physicians and staff to localize content and messaging by clinic.

Brand & Presence

  • Ensure brand consistency across all locations, signage, brochures, swag, and online profiles.
  • Help manage online reputation (Google reviews, Healthgrades, Yelp, etc.), and surface reputation trends.
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve the in-clinic experience from a marketing POV—TV screens, printed materials, posters, etc.

Ideal Candidate

  • You’re not waiting to be told what to do—you own the execution.
  • You get satisfaction from crossing things off the list and making progress visible.
  • You’ve worked in a high-volume, multi-location environment (preferably healthcare).
  • You’re extremely organized, good with systems, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • You have high EQ and are comfortable working across clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • You’re not a strategist by title, but you bring strategic thinking to every task.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site service business.
  • Strong project management skills (Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, etc.), CMS (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to drive to different locations across the greater Los Angeles / SoCal area.
