As a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and develop long-term strategies for Amazon Advertising. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring.
- Deliver clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance.
- Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units.
- Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development.
Daily Activities
Policy Managers monitor policy effectiveness using various signals, handle escalated compliance questions, develop expertise in locale-specific requirements, and consider cultural norms in decision-making. The role involves building policy recommendations based on multi-vector risk assessments, collaborating with product teams on risk solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency for advertisers and shoppers.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in content moderation, ad tech, product policy, or advertising policy roles.
- Strong knowledge of current events affecting policy decisions.
- Proven experience working with PR, Legal, and Public Policy teams in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations.
- Track record of managing and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make complex decisions with limited data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's, JD, or MBA).
- Experience managing large-scale policy initiatives.
- Strong background in metrics and data analysis.
- Expertise in digital advertising policy, compliance, or legal matters.
