Description
- Lead and mentor a team of art directors to deliver innovative, high-quality creative work.
- Develop and present visual concepts and campaign ideas for both healthcare professionals and consumer audiences.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, experience designers, and technologists to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand strategy, guidelines, and user insights.
- Oversee the creation of digital assets including websites, banners, emails, and social media content.
- Manage multiple accounts and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
- Facilitate creative reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Champion agency initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive creative culture.
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a creative agency, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-level design execution.
- Deep experience in digital and integrated marketing.
- Healthcare advertising experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop creative talent.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $100 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
