We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Management leader to drive strategic product initiatives for Prime Video's technical platform. This role will lead a team of product managers and work cross-functionally to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical technical components of the Prime Video service. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who combines technical depth with business acumen and has a passion for building innovative video streaming solutions at global scale.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Management leader to drive strategic product initiatives for Prime Video's technical platform. This role will lead a team of product managers and work cross-functionally to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical technical components of the Prime Video service. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who combines technical depth with business acumen and has a passion for building innovative video streaming solutions at global scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing career development and guidance while fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession
- Define and own the long-term product strategy and vision for assigned technical domains
- Drive end-to-end product development from conception to launch, working closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams
- Analyze complex business problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions that scale globally
- Develop detailed business cases and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Partner with senior leadership to align product strategy with overall business objectives
- Make data-driven decisions using customer insights, metrics, and market analysis
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
