FF&E Interior Designer (Hospitality)

Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards. Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes. Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation. Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs. In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements. Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines. Clear communicator and collaborative team member. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in project liaison is essential Proven experience in hospitality design Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc Bayes provides career opportunities with reputable and progressive Employers and prioritizes the interests of all whom we represent.
