About Noyack Wealth Club (NWC)

NOYACK is a pioneering personal wealth management ecosystem dedicated to empowering Millennials, HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet), and Gen Z individuals. Through our dual entities—Noyack Wealth Club (NWC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on financial literacy, and Noyack Investing Club (NICL), providing access to curated alternative investments—we aim to prepare the next generation for the largest wealth transfer in history.

What You’ll Work On
  • Landing Page Design: Create conversion-focused landing pages from scratch (no templates), optimized for mobile and responsive layouts. You understand hierarchy, CTA strategy, and user flow intimately.
  • Ad Design (Social + Display): Design thumb-stopping creative for Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, YouTube pre-rolls, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Fund Decks (Preferred): Ability to design compelling investor-facing decks for private funds (venture, real estate, or fine art funds highly preferred).
  • Marketing Assets: Email headers, in-feed graphics, carousels, infographics, social story templates, and light motion graphics for video reels.
  • Brand Consistency: You know how to work within a brand system but aren’t afraid to push boundaries to innovate and convert.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver high-performing, high-converting visual materials that support education, engagement, and user action.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
  • Have at least 8–10 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Have a strong portfolio of landing pages and paid digital ads that showcase excellent use of whitespace, visual hierarchy, typography, and clarity of message.
  • Are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with Figma or other modern web design tools.
  • Have experience with performance marketing teams—bonus if you’ve A/B tested creatives and tracked ad KPIs.
  • Prefer purpose-driven work and want your designs to make a difference in the lives of real people.
  • BONUS: Have worked on fund decks (pitch decks, investor memos, slide libraries for alt investment firms).
  • BONUS: Have B2C fintech or finance/education experience, especially aimed at younger audiences.
