Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry, learned over 20 years working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business. Sales experience and a background in beauty and retail are essential.

The Freelance Makeup Artist is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The role requires reflecting the brand values and engaging with the customer base. Achieving sales targets through creating an exceptional experience and providing exemplary service is key. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and providing a personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties:

1. Sales:
   • Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
   • Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
   • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
2. Customer Service:
   • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
3. Team Work:
   • Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
   • Support open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
4. Operations:
   • Ensure the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close.
   • Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers.
   • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.
   • Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
   • Assist in executing events.
   • Communicate with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
   • Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
