Position - Creative Design Lead

Location - Road Mason, OH

Duration: 04 Months

• Develop and execute design strategies, translating business and consumer needs into effective visual concepts and packaging.


• Hands-on designer with strong creativity and meticulous attention to detail.


• Communicate effectively across regions and build relationships with local market teams.


• Create campaign concepts, visuals, digital assets for various platforms, including social media and e-Retailer sites, producing up to 180 visuals per month.


• Design assets for flagship stores, support marketing events, adapt templates, and create minor variations as needed.


• Produce basic GIFs, Instagram Stories, and short videos, with turnaround times of 2-3 days and 2-3 rounds of edits.


• Qualifications: Degree in Design, minimum 3 years experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, understanding of print and color management is a plus.
