HypeClub (710 Broadway New York, New York 10003) is New York City’s premier sneaker and streetwear destination trusted by collectors, celebrities, and enthusiasts. We’re looking for a Retail Associate & Content Creator to join our team who is passionate about sneakers, fashion, and digital culture. This role blends in-store retail with digital content creation, giving you the chance to be on the frontlines of sneaker culture. You’ll participate in daily operations, create engaging content, and lead live shopping experiences on Whatnot and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Consistently generate creative, engaging, and on-brand social media content
  • Collaborate on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content
  • Host Whatnot streams and TikTok Lives engaging with the sneaker community in real time
  • Oversee day-to-day inventory management (receiving, tracking, and organizing stock)
  • Photograph and prepare sneakers for online sales
  • Manage listings in Shopify, eBay, and Excel
  • Package and fulfill online orders accurately
  • Maintain product displays and visual standards
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Qualifications

  • Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • Social media presence and content creation experience a plus
  • Previous retail, register, or inventory experience preferred
