Associate Vice President Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Advertising/Medical Device

We're looking for a strategic media leader to oversee integrated media planning and execution across digital and traditional channels. This role partners closely with clients in the healthcare space to develop data-driven media strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-channel media strategy, planning, and buying
  • Manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance
  • Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance
  • Mentor and manage media team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams and media partners
  • Stay current on industry trends and tools to drive innovation

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in advertising/media; 4+ years in leadership
  • Strong digital media and pharma experience
  • Proficiency in media platforms (e.g., MediaOcean, GA4, Google Campaign Manager)
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills
