Oregon State Credit Union is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to bring visual storytelling to life across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing our brand presence by developing compelling campaigns, interactive content, and engaging digital and print materials.

As a Multimedia Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing team and business partners to produce high-quality designs, graphics, animations, videos, and other visual content. You’ll lead initiatives that support our branding and marketing strategies while ensuring all creative assets align with brand standards.

What you will need to be successful:

• Creative & Multimedia Expertise: Strong proficiency in multimedia design, including graphic design and video production. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and experience in creating engaging digital and print content. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and layout.
• Strategic & Visual Storytelling Skills: Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with marketing campaigns and organizational goals. Strong visual storytelling skills, capable of producing content for social media, websites, and internal communications. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive visual experiences.
• Project Management & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Independent thinker with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience & Education: At least 4 years of experience in multimedia design, with a focus on graphic design and video editing (animation experience is preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Compensation : $75k – 99,975k/year DOE + bonus
