TEKsystems is hiring: UI/UX Designer in Lansing

We are seeking a skilled and creative User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences. The position is hybrid.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in UI design and user research
• Degree or certification in graphic design, interaction design, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work
• 2-3 professional references

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Usability and ADA testing experience

Pay and Benefits
