Clarks Americas is seeking an ecommerce Visual Merchandiser to support the fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. The VMA will coordinate and execute online merchandising activities for the Clarks US, Canada, and digital marketplaces. This role will be responsible for the management of product catalogues for ecommerce assortments, product information management (PIM), accessories ownership, online administrative tasks, and promotional management.

What You'll Do

  • Order, track, and organize samples for each season.
  • Request and maintain sample coordination for sales meetings and pre-line presentations.
  • Assist in showroom set-ups for wholesale account presentations.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute line sheets throughout each season.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, shop the market, and visit Clarks stores frequently.
  • Assist merchants with daily maintenance of assortment tools.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and manage the provision of product information and communication materials to the wholesale sales team.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years of merchandising, retail sales, buying, or internship experience preferred.
  • Broad-based business acumen with potential to grow to the Merchant level and beyond.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and numerical formulation, or aptitude to learn these quickly.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint & Adobe to create decks and presentations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to meet concurrent deadlines, manage, and prioritize workload.
  • Footwear/Apparel experience (preferred).
  • Effective team player with a passion for product.
