Event Producer (Conferences) Job at Bisnow, LLC in Los Angeles

Bisnow is seeking an individual with 1-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (including property management) or Live Event Production (identifying key topics and prospecting speakers). This role is hybrid, based at 1875 Century Park E, Los Angeles, CA, working 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential speakers and establish contact; recruit prospects via phone and email.
• Educate potential speakers on the benefits of participating in our events.
• Build and manage the event experience from scratch, including researching content ideas, recruiting C-level speakers, collaborating with sales for sponsorships, and overseeing event execution.
• Coordinate with various departments to achieve shared goals, supporting a sales-driven environment.
• Utilize community contacts to promote Bisnow and increase event attendance through partnerships.
• Research CRE topics and identify top speakers for events.
• Manage speaker relations from planning to event day.
• Provide excellent service and communication to speakers and sponsors.
• Lead pre- and post-event meetings, offering guidance and feedback.
• Innovate to improve content and attendee experience.
• Brainstorm relevant topics to stay aligned with industry trends.
• Maintain open communication across departments about event status.
• Manage multiple events at various stages, requiring strong organization and time management skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of live event production or property management experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to build relationships within CRE.
