Home Health Sales Representative / Marketer

Compensation: Base salary + commission + mileage reimbursement + benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and well-connected Home Health Sales Representative/Marketer to expand our patient census and strengthen relationships with referral sources across Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in home health sales, an active Medicare book of business, and current referral partners consistently sending qualified referrals.

This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role that directly supports agency growth, brand presence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, case managers, SNFs, ALFs, and other healthcare providers

• Maintain and grow an active book of business with Medicare referrals

• Ensure consistent referral volume by nurturing long-term relationships with referral sources

• Conduct face-to-face visits, in-services, and follow-up communications to promote agency services

• Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new patients

• Develop and execute territory-specific marketing strategies and community outreach plans

• Monitor referral trends and adjust outreach plans to ensure consistent growth

• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly activity metrics to leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the home health or healthcare industry

• Existing relationships and referral volume with Medicare-based providers in the assigned territory

• In-depth knowledge of Medicare-certified home health services and eligibility requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in the field

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in home health, hospice, or senior services

• Experience with CRM systems and EMR platforms

• Knowledge of Palm Beach and St. Lucie County healthcare networks and referral patterns
