Elite DNA Behavioral Health’s marketing department is seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to provide task-based support across B2C, B2B, and internal marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with the marketing team on project-based assignments, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely completion of deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

· Support the Brand Strategist with event planning, sponsorship coordination, local event registrations, and maintaining the event/sponsorship calendar.

· Assist with logistics for Elite DNA-hosted events.

· Create, update, and coordinate print materials; manage and support the company’s online print shop.

· Coordinate website edits and updates, including staff bios.

· Monitor and respond to online reviews, escalating as needed.

· Assist Business Development with gifting, swag, print materials, and event registrations.

· Proof marketing assets for accuracy and brand consistency.

· Support Marketing Operations with documentation, billing, and invoice tracking.

· Assist with public relations coordination, including media list updates and press release support.

· Conduct ongoing competitive research.

· Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Enrolled in a university with interest in and passion for the marketing field.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Willingness to learn and take on new projects.

· Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· High attention to detail and follow-through.

· Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Experience with Canva preferred.

· Video editing, graphic design, and/or copywriting experience a plus.



Compensation: $15/hour; schedule will be based on class availability.
