About the Role

At Vultron , we’re redefining how mission-critical industries interact with expertise—starting with government contracting. As a Product Designer focused on AI form factor innovation , you won’t just design screens—you’ll shape how humans interact with intelligent systems. From chat-native workflows and adaptive UI to embedded copilots and agentic behavior, you’ll pioneer the next generation of AI-native UX.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, obsesses over usability, and wants to create the paradigms that define the future of work. Join us to help shape a category-defining AI platform and work at the frontier of AI UX.

What You’ll Do

  • Design next-generation AI interfaces : Own UX and UI for Vultron’s AI-first experiences, including AI copilots, command bars, adaptive forms, multimodal inputs, and dynamic workflows.

  • Invent new interaction models : Explore and define new ways for users to guide, co-create with, and interact AI—beyond static chat or rigid automations.

  • Map complexity to clarity : Translate dense workflows, structured data, and unstructured content into clean, intuitive, and powerful user experiences.

  • Prototype and experiment : Rapidly build and test interaction ideas using tools like Figma, Framer, or code-based prototyping to evaluate usability and behavior.

  • Collaborate deeply : Partner with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to align around the user problem, technical constraints, and solution space.

  • Evolve our system : Own and extend Vultron’s design system to support dynamic UI, real-time feedback, and evolving states of collaboration between user and AI.

  • Champion AI UX best practices : Help shape the design principles that guide human-AI interaction—responsiveness, transparency, trust, and control.

About You

  • 5-7 years of product design experience , ideally in SaaS, productivity tools, or complex B2B environments.

  • You’ve designed and shipped zero-to-one features or products , especially where UX was a strategic differentiator.

  • You’re energized by working on messy, technical, and high-stakes problems , not just clean consumer flows.

  • You’re curious about the frontier of AI/LLM product design —hallucinations, prompt design, agent workflows, and context windows don’t scare you.

  • You think in systems, states, and edge cases —not just happy paths.

  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator who can facilitate decisions across PMs, engineers, and AI researchers.

  • Bonus: You’ve worked on AI-native tools, intelligent assistants, or embedded LLM experiences.
