The Role: The Multi-Site Community Manager oversees daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership across multiple communities within a designated portfolio. This role involves delivering outstanding resident experiences, achieving financial goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing high-performing onsite teams. The ideal candidate is strategic, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive residential property management experience, including 2+ years managing multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing programs like LIHTC and HUD.
- Proven success in team leadership, budget management, and resident satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently between communities.
- Experience engaging with senior executives.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic internet and email use.
Key Accountabilities
Relations and Customer Service
- Ensure positive experiences from move-in to move-out.
- Implement systems for prompt complaint resolution.
- Communicate resident concerns to leadership effectively.
- Serve as a resource for community living and services.
- Organize community events and retention programs.
- Maintain confidential files.
Fiduciary
- Assess financial health through budget comparisons.
- Drive financial growth via marketing and leasing strategies.
- Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy.
- Aim for 0% rent delinquency.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports.
- Collaborate on budgets and subsidy vouchers.
- Oversee capital projects and communicate across departments.
Staff Leadership
- Motivate and develop team members.
- Promote Avanath’s culture and values.
- Ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance team culture.
- Build trust through transparency and collaboration.
- Conduct performance reviews and address concerns.
- Manage staff schedules and community curb appeal.
Adherence to Regulations
- Follow company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance and address violations.
- Seek approval from regional leadership as needed.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Essential staff expected to report to work following safety protocols.
- Frequent sitting, walking, travel, and computer use.
- Work may involve uneven ground, elevation, and physical activity.
