At Viridian Therapeutics, we are focused on developing best-in-class medicines for people living with autoimmune and rare diseases. Leveraging our team’s expertise in antibody discovery and engineering, we have created a robust pipeline of differentiated investigational therapeutic candidates for well-validated targets.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing, this role will be a key member of the Marketing team and will lead the execution of Viridian’s marketing initiatives for the TED portfolio, which includes two assets in Phase 3. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering impactful programs for patients and healthcare providers throughout the treatment journey.

This role is based in Waltham, MA. Our office-based employees are required to work in the office three (3) days a week.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Lead the execution of the patient and HCP marketing tactical plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and overarching business goals
• Develop and manage multi-channel patient and HCP education and engagement initiatives, including websites, digital, social media, CRM programs, and other channels as needed
• Develop in-office patient education materials that support disease and treatment education and enhance the patient-provider dialogue
• Collaborate with the patient services team to drive patient awareness and utilization of support programs, ensuring a seamless patient experience
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver programs that are high-quality, on time, and within budget
• Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with internal promotional review processes and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing
• Proven track record of leading execution of marketing initiatives for specialty or rare disease products in competitive markets
• Experience managing creative and media agencies to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks
• Strong commitment to ethical standards
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience
