Location:
Near Paya Lebar MRT

Work Schedule:

• 5 days/week (10AM–7:30PM)
• 1 weekday off + 1 roster off

Salary:

• S$ 2,200 + Team Commission (Up to S$ 3,000++)

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Media or related field
• 1–2 years in Customer service/ Digital marketing (Jewelry/ Retail a plus)
• Skills: Adobe Suite (Photoshop), Social Media Trends, Video Editing (Capcut)
• Able to work weekends/public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Engagement:

• Achieve sales targets (Walk-in + Online)
• Handle inquiries (WhatsApp/ Instagram/ FB/ Email/ Calls)
• Provide after-sales service & feedback follow-ups

Marketing & Content:

• Create social media content (Photos/ Videos/ Reels)
• Track trends & analytics to boost engagement
• Assist in campaigns & promotional shoots

Operations:

• Daily stock checks & inventory management
• Support Jewelry Repairs & Logistics
