Role Impact
As the Associate Director, Sales Marketing, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive customer adoption and revenue for SiriusXM Media’s automated solutions and AdsWizz’s adtech platform, shaping the future of audio advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of ad-tech experts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and execute sales marketing strategies to elevate SiriusXM Media and position AdsWizz as a preferred partner.
- Create marketing materials like pitch decks, webinars, white papers, and infographics to promote adoption.
- Identify growth opportunities in programmatic audio, podcasts, connected devices, retail media, and omnichannel advertising.
- Partner with research teams to develop insights for enterprise accounts.
- Deliver presentations at industry events and contribute to thought leadership through publications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Provide training and enablement materials to sales and business teams.
- Expand industry presence through sponsorships, panels, and initiatives at major events.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, sales marketing, or product marketing within advertising, adtech, or programmatic media.
- 3+ years managing and mentoring teams.
- Technical understanding of the programmatic and adtech ecosystem.
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven skills in developing compelling content and translating complex concepts into narratives.
- Strategic thinking, results-orientation, and innovation drive.
- Experience in digital audio advertising, podcasting, streaming media, or global business is a plus.
- BA in English, communications, or marketing preferred.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
Additional Information
SiriusXM values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation is based on experience, with a range of $130,000 to $152,000, plus potential incentives. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
