We’re partnering with a stealth-mode AI company redefining how enterprise marketing teams engage and retain customers at scale. Backed by tier-one investors and trusted by major global brands, they’re building a category-defining platform at the intersection of AI, automation, and intelligent customer engagement.
They’re now hiring a Field/Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM and event-driven strategies across priority enterprise accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Account-Based Marketing programs targeting high-value enterprise prospects
- Plan and execute roundtables, roadshows, curated dinners, webinars, and other live/virtual touchpoints
- Partner closely with Sales to develop tailored messaging, cadences, and materials that generate a qualified pipeline
- Own lead gen across both offline and online channels, driving conversion and deal velocity
- Track, report, and optimize campaign performance — iterate fast, double down on what works
What they’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience driving B2B field marketing, account-based campaigns, or demand generation programs
- Proven track record in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events end-to-end
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging senior marketing and product leaders in high-stakes conversations
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments
