Job Locations: US-DC-Washington

Overview:

Amyx is seeking to hire a Communications Lead to support our Department of Homeland Security, ICE contract in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with agency objectives.
  2. Lead communication, advertising, marketing, or change management projects, providing guidance to project teams.
  3. Plan complex change management campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  4. Lead change management initiatives across large organizations or federal agencies.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in communication strategies and programs.
  2. Experience in leading complex change management campaigns.
  3. Ability to interact with HSI and OCIO for presentations, meetings, and decision support.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to tailor strategies for technology adoption and organizational change.
  6. Preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) or equivalent.
  7. Current DHS Suitability Clearance and TS clearance.
