Communications Lead
Job Locations: US-DC-Washington
Overview:
Amyx is seeking to hire a Communications Lead to support our Department of Homeland Security, ICE contract in the Washington DC area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with agency objectives.
- Lead communication, advertising, marketing, or change management projects, providing guidance to project teams.
- Plan complex change management campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Lead change management initiatives across large organizations or federal agencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in communication strategies and programs.
- Experience in leading complex change management campaigns.
- Ability to interact with HSI and OCIO for presentations, meetings, and decision support.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to tailor strategies for technology adoption and organizational change.
- Preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) or equivalent.
- Current DHS Suitability Clearance and TS clearance.
