About the Role and Team:
The Content Marketing Manager is a creative and strategic role to build and execute our content strategy across all marketing channels. This role requires someone who can work independently to research, create, and distribute compelling content that educates our audience and drives business results. You'll have the freedom to experiment with new content formats and channels while building a sustainable content engine.

- Reports to: VP of Marketing
What You Will Do:
- Develop comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and buyer journey stages
- Create editorial calendars and content production workflows
- Conduct audience research and develop buyer personas to inform content creation
- Identify content gaps and opportunities through competitive analysis and keyword research
- Write and produce high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks
- Develop video content concepts and work with production resources
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletter content
- Produce social media content optimized for LinkedIn and industry platforms
- Collaborate on website copy, landing pages, and conversion-focused content
- Manage content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Develop content amplification strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Build relationships with industry publications and secure thought leadership placements
- Coordinate with conference and events teams on content for speaking opportunities
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- A/B test content formats, headlines, and calls-to-action
- Track and report on content metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Position company executives as industry thought leaders through content initiatives
- Stay current with clinical research industry trends and regulatory changes
- Identify opportunities for original research, surveys, and data-driven content
- Build relationships with industry influencers and potential content collaborators
Qualifications:
Required:
- 4+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio of published work
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, research, and optimization while maintaining quality and authenticity
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of content distribution channels and promotion strategies
- Self-directed with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of clinical research processes and terminology
- Video production and editing skills
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with compliance considerations in healthcare content
