The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a variety of marketing materials. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, marketing strategies and the ability to produce high-quality graphics that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, brochures, flyers, banners, powerpoints and print/digital advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the MarCom team to create graphics supporting and enhancing marketing campaigns, product launches and events.
- Creative Strategy: Work with the MarCom team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and target audience needs.
- Content Development: Design and produce graphics for digital content, including social media posts, web pages, infographics and video content.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions, ensuring final designs meet expectations and project requirements.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality graphics within deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriter(s), digital team, video team, project manager, events and other designers to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools. Experience with web design tools and content management tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and promotional materials, with a keen eye for visual composition, typography and color theory.
- Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage target audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
