Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive engagement, identifying prospects, and converting leads into successful transactions.
Policy Promotion: Educate clients about different insurance products and services, ensuring they are informed about their options.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and outstanding service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest insurance trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid South Carolina Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Focused: Ability to understand and respond to clients' insurance needs efficiently.
Motivated: Proactive in seeking out new opportunities and clients.
Team-Oriented: Enjoys working in a collaborative setting and contributing to a positive team environment.
