Trident Consulting is seeking " UI Developer " for one of our clients in " Reston, VA " Position: UI Developer Location: Reston, VA Type: Contract Core Responsibilities Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible front-end code Collaborate with UX designers and back-end developers to implement and enhance user-facing features Ensure consistent design implementation across pages and components Optimize page performance through efficient code and resource management Conduct front-end testing and debugging for different browsers and devices Maintain and update existing user interfaces as needed Adhere to accessibility standards and implement inclusive design practices Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for code collaboration and deployment Required Skills and Qualifications Required skills Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX Competency in responsive design and cross-browser development Hands-on experience with version control (Git, GitHub) Debugging skills using browser development tools Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Soft skills Strong collaboration and communication abilities Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for pixel-perfect execution Ability to problem-solve and debug effectively Time management skills for meeting sprint or project deadlines Adaptability to work in fast-paced, agile environments Educational requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) bout Trident Trident Consulting is a premier IT staffing firm providing high-impact workforce solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
