What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – Must be able to confidently communicate with residents, prospects, and team members in both languages
• Minimum 1 year of multi-family experience; prior leadership experience a plus
• High-energy personality with a focus on exceptional resident service
• Strong ability to support, motivate, and train a team on leasing and marketing strategies
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a love for fast-paced environments
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Entrata is a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in interviewing, screening, and hiring new team members
• Support training and scheduling for office staff
• Help maintain high occupancy and low delinquency
• Utilize creative and effective marketing strategies to reach leasing goals
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative duties
• Deliver prompt, professional communication with residents
• Apply top-tier leasing and customer service techniques
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused environment for residents of all backgrounds
