This role is pivotal in maintaining supply chain timelines, ensuring milestone adherence, and facilitating smooth operations between suppliers and project teams.Key Responsibilities: Support inventory analysis and tracking for project-related materials Analyze current and future material demand to maintain optimal inventory levels Assist with the receipt, review, approval, and return of required project deliverables Monitor supplier production schedules and escalate potential delays Update material status reports and provide visibility to the project team Communicate fabrication or shipment issues proactively to the project team Ensure timely delivery of supplier transportation and lifting plans to jobsites Coordinate delivery schedules across multiple locations Identify and help resolve discrepancies between suppliers and site teams Assist with gathering final documentation to enable payment milestonesRequired Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Applicable experience may substitute for degree requirement) Proven analytical capabilities Effective written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-Have Experience: Experience working in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors Familiarity with logistics coordination or vendor managementRequired Skills: High-level analytical thinking Strong communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Skills: Ability to work independently with limited supervision Team-oriented mindset Attention to detail and organizational skillsAdditional Skills: Support in supplier expediting and fabrication scheduling Reporting and documentation assistance Delivery coordination and logistics oversightBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:Infrastructure Engineering FirmWe design and build essential infrastructure for cities.
