Position OverviewThe Marketing Specialist at 3C-House will help bring both our clients’ brands and the 3C-House brand to life through engaging campaigns, impactful content, and data-informed execution. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Business Development and Chief Marketing Officer to plan and implement strategies that connect businesses, organizations, nonprofits, and trade associations to the solutions and services 3C-House offers. This role is perfect for a creative self-starter who loves both the art and science of marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Manager of Business Development and Chief Marketing Officer to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for 3C-House and its clients across email, social media, web, and events.
- Develop written, visual, and video content that effectively represents client brands while elevating the 3C-House identity.
- Manage social media accounts for both 3C-House and select client projects—planning content, scheduling posts, account engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Support the design and maintenance of marketing collateral, presentations, and branded materials for clients and internal use.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and partnership initiatives to include collaborations.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics for both client and internal campaigns; recommend data-driven improvements.
- Maintain CRM and email marketing lists; ensure segmentation accuracy and list health.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships and freelance work count).
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and brands.
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Comfort with using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Nice to have: Paid advertising experience with Google and/or Meta. Experience working with B2B, nonprofit, or trade association marketing.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset who can adapt their style to different brands.
- Comfortable taking direction but also proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements.
- Curious and eager to learn new marketing tools, trends, and tactics.
- Week 1: Learn 3C-House’s mission, client portfolio, marketing systems, and branding guidelines; meet with the Manager of Business Development and Chief Marketing Officer to align on priorities.
- End of Week 2: Assist with content creation and campaign setup for both 3C-House and clients; begin managing assigned channels.
- Month 1 Completion: Take ownership of ongoing content calendars, run smaller campaigns independently, and provide performance insights to leadership.
- Work on diverse projects that showcase your creativity while impacting both 3C-House and our clients’ success.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership and gain mentorship from experienced marketing and business development professionals.

- Salary Range: $32,000 – $42,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
